The Providence Housing Authority has developed the following procedures to provide you with access to public records in an expeditious and courteous manner:

In order to ensure that you are provided with the public records you seek in an expeditious manner, we ask that you complete a Public Records Request Form  and return it to the nearest PHA Management Office or send directly to the PHA’s designated Public Records Officer, Mark C. Ouellet, at the following mailing address:

The regular business hours of the Authority are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please be advised that the Access to Public Records Act allows the PHA ten (10) business days to respond to your request and that time period may be extended for an additional twenty (20) business days for “good cause”. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
